Louise is an experienced coach and consultant who spent the majority of her career leading global teams in London, UK, and then relocated to San Francisco in 2015. After six years working with purpose-led companies in Silicon Valley, she now lives in Bath, England.
Louise is passionate about working with leaders to build trust-based teams where business and cultural objectives come together. She is committed to creating a customized and actionable approach to development whether that be at an organizational, team, or individual level.
