ABOUT US
Louise Gilliland
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL COACH
Louise worked for over 15 years in different leadership roles in the Tech and Financial sectors in the UK and USA. She has first hand experience of building diverse teams and leading with cultural intention and understands the support you need to do so. Steps along her career journey also include knowing what it’s like to be part of a team where that’s missing. She has run culture, leadership and team development initiatives since 2011, both as an external coach and consultant, and in house, leading Culture, Learning & Development for a high-growth SAAS company head-quartered in Silicon Valley. After 6 years in the Bay Area Louise has recently returned to the UK and now lives in Bath with her family.
She works with purpose-led organizations who believe that when you grow your people the results follow. Previous clients have included: HiBob, Graphcore, Bill.Com, Niantic Labs, Wildbit, SiteTracker, and Google.

Louise is also fueled by a love of the outdoors and exercise, her 2 year old son, and her passion for languages. Louise is an enthusiastic trail runner, inconsistent yogi, and has recently returned to the tennis court.

Emily Allbaugh
CONTENT & EXPERIENCE DESIGNER
Emily worked for 5 years in Silicon Valley unicorns in a variety of roles, but her heart has always been in Learning & Development. She loves designing meaningful experiences that intentionally connect people and create space for new ways of thinking and action. She’s been part of some highly functional teams and some highly dysfunctional ones. Having lived these contrasting experiences, drives her passion to help leaders and teams flourish. She fundamentally believes that the experience of work can and should be life-giving – while achieving great results.
Emily loves spending time outside, being active, hosting friends and family for simple meals, seeing the world through her children’s eyes, and exploring her new home city, London.
