A thriving beauty and lifestyle brand intended to help women be at their best

Trinny London was looking to translate their powerful external brand into a compelling and effective internal culture and identity. They needed help to ensure that employees had clarity around what great looks like as the business evolved.
We worked with Trinny London to do deep advisory work, helping the Executive Team understand trends around employee sentiment and engagement and surface important tensions. We used multiple interventions including facilitated focus groups and surveys to help shine the light on what makes Trinny London such a unique place to work.
The output of this work was then used to drive an interactive Executive Team workshop where we refreshed TL Values and translated them into compelling behaviours. Ongoing advisory work has supported implementation of these cultural pillars into everyday business operations and employee lifecycle. These now serve as their guiding principles through continued growth and transition and have positively strengthened their EVP.
The majority of the executive team have joined the business in the last 2.5 years. Our work now continues coaching the executive team as a collective and 1:1 coaching executive leaders to navigate the next phase of company growth.
