HiBob Leadership Development Program
HiBob engaged Courageous Conversations in 2021 to design and deliver an impactful leadership development program to equip all people leaders across the region with the skillsets and mindsets to drive the organisation forward through a key growth phase.
We partnered closely with the Global Head of L&D and EMEA Head of P&C to design and facilitate a 2 day immersive experience with key outcomes including clarity, confidence and commitment. This 2 day program has continually evolved over multiple iterations, and includes a small group coaching series over subsequent months. All content was designed to align to HiBob business and cultural context, and promote high-impact leadership practices.
We has delivered this program for the last 3 years achieving an average NPS of 92 and leaders describing the program as critical in their leadership development. Bottom line impact includes retention and internal mobility.
HiBob was recently awarded a top 10 spot on the “Great Place to Work” index.
