Over the last 4 years, we have worked closely with Graphcore as its strategic coaching partner, delivering a range of initiatives from small-group coaching sessions, 1:1 executive coaching, and customised workshops for senior leaders.

Our work has been designed to 1) educate leaders on the power of coaching techniques in their approach and 2) to provide a safe space for personal development, allowing leaders to excel and deliver.
