The CEO of Explori engaged with us to embark on a deep-dive Executive Coaching journey. Over the course of the program we worked together to restructure the sales function, build a high performing leadership team, create a more predictable revenue model and reduce every-day leadership stress.
Over the course of our work the CEO was able to effectively divest a high-performing subsidiary, secure important fundraising capital and get out of the weeds by developing and implementing an effective prioritisation strategy.
